Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Service: Our company provides professional power washing services for residential and commercial properties. All services are performed using eco-friendly cleaning solutions and the latest equipment. We will take every precaution to protect your property during the service.
    
2. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all obstacles, fragile surfaces, and hazards are properly cleared and identified prior to the service. Our technicians will not be liable for any damage caused by hidden or unreported hazards.
    
3. Liability: While we are fully insured and will handle all services with the utmost care, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to property, structural issues, or conditions beyond our control. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold our company harmless from any claims or damages resulting from the service.
    
4. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.
    
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling: You have 24 hours after paying the $349 deposit to change your mind for a full refund. After that, you may reschedule at no charge if you tell us at least 48 hours before your appointment, and the deposit is applied to your job. Cancellations after the first 24 hours, or changes less than 48 hours before the appointment, keep the deposit as a booking fee.
    
6. Warranty: We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all services provided. If the customer is not satisfied with the result, we will re-service the area at no additional charge, provided that the issue is reported within 48 hours of the service.
    
7. Agreement: By hiring our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms: By providing your phone number through our website, quote request form, or directly to our team, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Pressure Power Wash IC LLC. Messages may include appointment confirmations, service updates, quotes, reminders, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing our services. We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or messaging consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Carrier participation may vary.
