1. Scope of Service: Our company provides professional power washing services for residential and commercial properties. All services are performed using eco-friendly cleaning solutions and the latest equipment. We will take every precaution to protect your property during the service.
    
2. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all obstacles, fragile surfaces, and hazards are properly cleared and identified prior to the service. Our technicians will not be liable for any damage caused by hidden or unreported hazards.
    
3. Liability: While we are fully insured and will handle all services with the utmost care, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to property, structural issues, or conditions beyond our control. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold our company harmless from any claims or damages resulting from the service.
    
4. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.
    
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling of services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify us within this period may result in a cancellation fee of $50.
    
6. Warranty: We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all services provided. If the customer is not satisfied with the result, we will re-service the area at no additional charge, provided that the issue is reported within 48 hours of the service.
    
7. Agreement: By hiring our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Messages may include appointment confirmations, service updates, quotes, reminders, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing our services. We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or messaging consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Carrier participation may vary.
